We have tried to streamline your visit here and have the following options available to you:

Request an Appraisal
Complete and submit the order form, we will review the property to be appraised, the neighborhood, and the potential comparable properties, and perform 'Comp Check' prior to contacting you.

Request a 'Comp Check'
Not sure if you are ready to request an Appraisal?  Request a 'Comp Check' which can help you make the decision.  A report will be generated that shows similar sales in the area, and if you enter your contact information an appraiser will contact you and also provide sales.  Using both resources, you decision may be easier.

* Although we do not accept appraisal orders where client value expectations do not appear to be statistically feasible, the acceptance of an appraisal order does not guarantee (or indicate) that an appraisal will result in any predetermined value opinion.  When we do not accept an order, that also does not mean that the client's value would absolutely not be met if an appraisal were completed either.
